The Leading Beyond Boundaries is a dynamic, high impact, high-paced one- or two-day experiential learning environment offering participants key insights on power and leadership within systems.
The workshop offers a unique opportunity to look clearly at the systemic patterns that regularly occur within organisations and how this specifically undermine partnership and effectiveness across internal departments and customers.
At the heart of the Leading Beyond Boundaries is an organisational exercise in which participants are dropped into roles as directors, middle mangers, workers or client organisations. Participants will experience and operate in a turbulent, fast-paced environment and experience situations that regularly occur within these roles.
This is not role play, it’s real play!
The learning is visceral – in your bones. Interspersed amongst the experiential exercises are powerful, strategic frameworks developed over forty years of studying human system. These frameworks offer participants more powerful ways of leading as they begin to understand the systemic conditions they and others are in and master how they respond to them.
